Traditional box dumper safety gates need constant interaction, which wreak havoc on production efficiencies. On the contrary, the safety light curtain is so hands off; one might forget that it's even there! The photoelectric sensor of the light curtain keeps both personnel and work areas safe, while taking the element of human error away. If one or more of the 60 Infrared LED light beams are interrupted, the automatic safety switch will engage causing the operation of the box dumper to shut down. With this curtain protecting the entrance, the layout continues to give ample room for the box dumper to maneuver and operate in its natural way!
